The Managing Director

  • Managing Director, PMgr. Eric Teong holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Monash University, Australia.
  • PMgr. Eric Teong is a Registered Property Manager  with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (LPPEH).
  • He is also an accredited member of Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM).
  • PMgr. Eric Teong is steering SA to manage 56 sites in Johor Bahru, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur (as of December 2022).
  • His relentless pursuit for perfection, his attentiveness to details, his penchant for the challenges to his ability to complete tasks, his love and care for his people, treating them as family, made SA the leading property management company in Johor Bahru.

The Managing Director

Director of Operations

  • PMgr. Sr. Rokiyah Bt Mohamad Ali is the Director of Operations, with 19 years progressive experience in Property Management. She graduated with a Degree (Hons) in Estate Management and started her career in SA Property Management Sdn Bhd in 2003.
  • PMgr. Sr. Rokiyah is a solution-driven, result-oriented leader, and being recognized for her efficiency and assertiveness. She started out as a Building Office, Building Manager and progresses her way up to Operations Manager, Assistant Head of Operations and followed by her rise to Director of Operations in 2020.
  • As a holistic leader, PMgr. Sr. Rokiyah possesses strong knowledge in Property Management, and is well-versed in the Strata Management Act (Act 757) and Regulations, which is crucial in ensuring a legal and successful conducts on her deliveries. She has a proven track record of developing young talents in this field.
  • PMgr. Sr. Rokiyah is a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (LPPEH).
  • Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors of Malaysia (RISM).
  • Member of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Malaysia (MIPFM).

Director of Operations
